“My fantastic team in our kitchen prepares simple pub classics (often with a twist) from freshly sourced ingredients, ranging from handmade chargilled burgers to traditional fish ‘n’ chips. In our “seafood shack” we serve fresh fish and shellfish, incorporating the ‘catch of the day’ into daily specials – we are looking forward to cooking for you”
