The Thomas Tripp operates a Challenge 25 policy. If you appear to be under 25, you may be asked to provide valid photographic ID proving you are 18 or over before alcohol is served. Accepted forms of ID include a valid passport, driving licence, or PASS-accredited proof of age card.
We will not serve alcohol to any person under 18, or to any person who is, in our reasonable opinion, already intoxicated. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.
CCTV cameras operate on our premises for the purpose of crime prevention and public safety. Images may be shared with the police and other relevant authorities where required by law. CCTV is operated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and staff. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the premises who behaves in an abusive, aggressive, or disruptive manner. Any behaviour that is unlawful or that puts others at risk will not be tolerated and may be reported to the police.
